· We believe there is one Living and True God, eternally in three Persons, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, equal in power and glory, and that this triune God created all, upholds all and governs all.
· We believe that the Scriptures of the Old and New Testament are the Word of God, fully inspired, without error in the original manuscripts, and the infallible rule of faith and practice.
· We believe in God the Father, an infinite, personal Spirit, perfect in holiness, wisdom, power, and life.
· We believe in Jesus Christ, God’s only begotten Son, conceived by the Holy Spirit. We believe in His virgin birth, sinless life, miracle teaching, His substitutionary atoning death, bodily resurrection, ascension into heaven, perpetual intercession for His people and personal visible return to earth.
· We believe in the Holy Spirit, who came forth from the Father and Son to convict the world of sin righteousness, and judgment and to regenerate, sanctify and empower for ministry all who believe in Christ.
· We believe the salvation of man is in no way based upon good works but is entirely a product of the grace, mercy, and love of God.
· We believe water baptism is not essential to salvation but is an act of obedience to the command and example of our Lord Jesus Christ. Every believer who has repented for their sin, believed in their hearts, and confessed with their mouths that Jesus Christ is their own personal Lord and Savior, should follow Him in this ordinance which He left to His church.
· We believe the Lord’s Supper is a memorial, a remembrance of the redemptive work of the Lord Jesus Christ. It is not only a witness of His death, burial, and resurrection; but also speaks in detail of the two-fold work of the cross. (Matt. 26:26-29; Mark 14:22-25; Luke 22:19-20; 1 Cor. 11:23-26)
· We believe the Word of God teaches that every believer must live a life of holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord. It is possible for every believer to obey God’s command, “Be ye holy, for I am holy”, only by the regenerating, transforming power of the Holy Spirit of God working in their lives.
· We believe in anointing with oil
· We believe the head of the church is the Lord Jesus Christ. It is under His headship and authority that He has placed the five-fold ministry in the Earth to lead the Church as under shepherds.
· We believe in Divine Healing.
· We believe laying on of hands has two main functions in the Word of God. The first is to ordain an individual into a particular ministry to which they have been called. In this instance it would be one of the fivefold ministries and/or the elders of the church who would lay hands on the person. The second is the laying on of hands for the purpose of imparting healing to the sick.
